Description CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is based on carefully selected, high-viscosity mineral and synthetic oils and contains an aluminium-complex-soap as thickener. Especially harmless, chlorine and heavy metal-free additives together with the finest and purest colloidal graphite offer extraordinarily high performance. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC does not contain solvents. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC together with CEPLATTYN RN and CEPLATTYN 300 represent the FUCHS LUBRITECH multi phase system. Application The high base-oil viscosity and thus good damping characteristics of CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC makes it suit- able for heavy shock load applications. The solid lu- bricants guarantee temperature-stability of the lube film above the normal temperature range. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is according to FALK specification for intermittend application. CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC can be applied via common lubricant spray systems. At temperatures below +5C/+40F additional heating system may have to be used for spraying. As CEPLATTYN KG 10 LC is highly economical for the lubrication of large open gears, consumption can be significantly reduced.
