This is an original promo photo or "still" but not one displayed in the theater to prospective patrons. Photos like these were sent to local newspapers around the nation for their Saturday TV schedule sections, and I am sure TV Guide and a few other magazines got copies. This example features John Travolta in deep thought from the 1981 thriller "Blow-Out". I am pretty sure however this actual still dates from 1985 when the movie was shown on television, most likely one of the cable movie channels.
