Set of 5 De Luxe Edition books by Nathaniel Hawthorne published by the Nottingham Society.
The books are not dated, but they appear to have been printed around the 1890s-1910s.
?Twice Told Tales? is stamped as set number 857.
All of the books need to be rebound. They have signs of age, stains, and wear, but the contents are intact with no loose pages. ?The Scarlet Letter? does not have a cover, and both ?Grandfather?s Chair? and ?Twice Told Tales? have a loose front cover. None of the books have their spine covers, as well. Overall, they are still in rather fair-good shape considering their age.
