At the top is a plastic holly leaf with a group of red plastic berries on it. Dangling below and hanging inside the frame of the circle is a red plastic BELL. The bell and the holly have a sprinkling of glitter on them. (It is a non-working bell.) The smaller pin is a goldtone metal BELL with a holly sprig at the top done in green and red enamel.
