They are made of steel so-as not to break during the radio removal process. They are quite simple to use. You slide them in the holes on each side until you feel them 'pop' over the tabs inside the radio, then you push each tool towards the outside edge of the radio. This compresses the sping-loaded clips along-side the radio and allows the stereo to be pulled out. We do combine shipping if you purchase these with another item. Usually they ship for no (or not much) additional cost and we refund any extra without you ever needing to contact us. This part is exactly what the ad says it is and the price is super cheap.
