Audioquest Sorbothane Self-Stick Sheet. Lets you easily put effective damping everywhere its needed. This 6 x 6 x 0.10 sheet can be cut to size to damp anything especially effective on top surface of speaker stands. Sorbothane is a synthetic visco-elastic polymer. The very long molecules are able to wiggle (important technical term) and thereby dissipate kinetic energy (motion) as heat.
