Tyros Tyrannosaurus is a faithful reproduction of a historical Steiff toy of 1959 for collectors. Tyros stands approximately 8 inches tall and is made of genuine mohair. Tyros has beautiful beige coloring with brown spots and green scales along the back up to the top of the head. He has his mouth open in a roar and has teeth created with brown stitching around the mouth. He has the rare white Steiff tag on his tail from the Margarete Steiff Limited Edition Series. Only 4,000 pieces were produced in 1991/1992. This particular Tyros is number 0421 of 4,000. New in Display Box and outer shipping carton with numbers.
