Here's a pretty Art Deco period Czech necklace featuring a large flat green glass stone that is bezel set. Decorated with cabbage roses with leaves around the frame. It hangs from elaborately detailed links that take this necklace to the next level. Ends with a spring ring clasp. Attributed Czechoslovakian. Measures 16" long, easy to make shorter attaching the clasp to the links. Make longer with an extension chain. Pendant is about 1-1/2" x 1-3/8", the links about 3/8" for the widest rounded pieces. The glass stone has a few tiny light scratches to the surface. No cracks but does have a flake like chip that is difficult to see found mostly under the edge of the bezel, top left corner. Overall patina with wear mostly visible on the reverse side of the pendant. Look at photos closely. I first thought the bottom edge of the pendant was missing but not so. The decorative floral edging comes down the sides, is cut and folds over itself with no broken edges found so it was actually designed this way in case you may have questioned this design as well.
