This is an evening bag, black in color. It consist of a black satin material, I think, it is very soft and has a hand sown gold cord that makes an art deco design, with a chain handle. It can be folded inside so purse can be carried as a clutch. No maker to be found inside, it has black silk material with one pocket. It has a clasp that is goldtone metal and trim is also gold metal, there are a couple of rubbed spots, one on clasp and one in front edge, see photos. It measures 4 1/2" tall and the chain handle is 5 1/2" from edge to top of purse. It is 9 3/8" wide at the top and 10 1/2" wide at the bottom. All of my items come from estate sales or auctions, so they are considered used and will be sold as is.
