I have many unique and very hard to find items. Due to paypal rules and fees and the USPS constant increases in prices, I can not combine shipping on items that are "on sale". REMOVES THAT OPTION FOR ME WHEN ITEMS ARE PUT ON SALE. If I charge $10 for shipping, and paypal take just over $1.50 in fees leaving $8.50 to pay for box, packing and post office charges. If you live in Texas it is usually a break even price for me. If you live in NY or CA I usually lose a little on shipping. If I refund any shipping via paypal, it will not be much as I cannot get the fees (that I paid on the refunded amount) refunded from. I am sorry for this but it is out of my control..
