The scissors are in good condition, however, there is a small amount of surface rust on them that will need to be cleaned off, and they most certainly will need to be sharpened. I am unsure of the age or origins of the scissors. They are long handled, with large grip loops. They are 4.75” long, 2” wide across the loops and 1.5” long at the blades. They are a nice pair of vintage grooming scissors that should clean up nicely and could be especially useful.
