Seller response: Hello Michelle, Amy here :) I just saw you left a negative feedback. I would like to apologize if there has been a misunderstanding. I beleive I did my best to be at your service and answered every question or issue you had. Do you feel otherwise? I shipped your item with the shipment method you chose and paid for, I could not refund your money before I receive the item back, does it not make sense? I hope you can understand, as the last thing in the world I wanted is to upset you, surely not for a 25$. I would love to hear back from you. Kind regards, Amy
