Well the CD I ordered got here on time but when I went to use it the CD skipped and freezes up basically it damaged!!!!!

Customer ordered&rec'd a brand new DVD and a CD.A refund was issued as of today's date of 2/10/20 through PayPal. Also, DVD was new and sealed by the manufacturer so this matter of damage was beyond my control since I was not able to test a brand new item. Also refund was issued without a return and I always work to make things right with my customers.
