All shipping charges are calculated by weight and location. We also combine shipping, can not provide accurate shipping prices on multi item orders. Your multiple item orders will be combined and we will ship your items the cheapest, safest and fastest way possible AND send you a refund for all the excess shipping charges. For International Buyers: The shipping charge is based off the actual weight, size, and your location. The buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees or duty taxes. All orders must provide a phone number in case the courier must contact your for customs or delivery. Returns Returns must be processed with 30 days of purchase. Returns process is simple. To process a return: Go to your purchase history. Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option. Follow steps to print a return label from your printer. Package securely and Seal up the package and tape the label to the package and give the package to the shipping company. If there is any defect in the product upon delivery, Octane Lighting is to be notified by the purchaser within 24 hours otherwise the product will be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion. The warranty does not apply: In respect of any consumables or other consumables in respect of the product or any part of the product. Where the purchaser is in breach of any of our terms and conditions. Where any fault of the product has been caused by misuse, neglect, accident or abnormal conditions of operation or use contrary to the manufacturer's recommendations or operating instructions. Merchandise returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to you without exchange. If you need to return a holiday gift, you must contact us before January 1st. Holiday gift returns or exchanges are only eligible for orders placed on November 14 through December 25. All returns or exchanges must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging. If you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label. Once the merchandise is received back at our location we will ship out the correct merchandise. All shipping mistakes, incorrect products, or quantities will be shipped out via ground. Shipping can be upgraded at your expense. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, or an incomplete address, you are responsible for all reshipment costs. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of all shipping. For International customers, the refund will be less all shipping charges and incurred brokerage fees. If you "refuse" a package from our company, you are responsible for any and all charges that are incurred for the shipping.
