This is a vintage 1957 Simplicity sewing pattern for a very chic cocktail dress. Sheath dress, with a wonderful option for a "coat," which is shown as a sheer, full overdress with pussycat bow. Vintage size 14 - 34" bust. Pattern Number 1985 "Misses one-piece dress and coat: Sleek sleeveless sheath with bateau neckline plus a coat with short kimono sleeves and full gathered skirt. Dress skirt has soft pleats at either side of center front and a vent at lower edge of center back seam. Coat has stand-up collar with pleated tie-ends that fasten into bow at neck. Bodice fastens with hook and eye at neckline and waist. Skirt is open down center front. Self or purchased belt." The pattern is cut. Complete with instructions. Neatly folded.
