1965, Amazing Spiderman, #23, Low Grade, 3rd and 50 similar items

This issue has the 3rd App. of the Green Goblin. Cream pages. See description below. A great item for any collector's collection. I'm no pro at comic books, but gotten a lot better at guessing a grading. This comic looks to me and compared to other copies for sale, as a 2.0 to 2.5. Left edge in rough shape, with small tear at bottom. Few lines with missing color on middle of front page. Two small chips out of right side of cover. Right corner bottom rounded. Back cover rough creases on left side. Dirty along right side. I used a white cardboard to show defects. Everything else, looks okay, with a little dirty on all the pages, and staples are still there, but rusty. I just don't remember inside pages being faded and not bright like the cover. Comic comes in a holder with carboard.
