This issue has 1st Gwen Stacy Cover the appearance of Kingpin. Cream pages. A great item for any collector's collection. I'm no pro at comic books, but gotten a lot better at guessing a grading. This comic looks to me and compared to other copies for sale, as a 4.0. Front cover top right corner, very tiny tear. Left bottom corner missing some color. Front right edge of cover, choppy and some very small tears. Crease by right bottom corner. Back cover looks good. I use white cardboard to try and show chips and rips. Everything else looks good: pages and staples. I just don't remember inside pages being faded and not bright like the cover. Comic comes in a holder with carboard.
