We only take returns because forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with. We use either USPS or FedEx, but we do not use UPS due to rough handling. Packing fees are a fixed cost and are not negotiated. Packing fees over seas could be higher, but not necessarily. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
