Refund/Exchange Policy: Live Plants are generally shipped on Monday to Friday to assure that the plants will arrive in a healthy condition. Our company guarantees complete satisfaction or receive a credit or a refund.

If you wish to return the products, simply contact us by e-mail within 5 business days. We will issue a credit or refund for all products returned to us. All returns shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. Please note: No refund will be issued without a returned product.
Damage Product Return/Exchange Policy: If the products are damaged during transit, take a picture of the damaged products, and the package shows the shipping label clearly at front, including side and bottom and email us directly.
