Brown cloth binding in good condition.
Undated, but believed to be from late 1800s. There is a typewritten letter included with a hand written pencil date of 1895.
Light wear for age, some light marks, ribs, etc on bindings.
Pages are very clean with very light foxing and browning of the pages.
