Items returned in original condition within 30 days will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs, (unless item is DOA or broken).

We go above and beyond to please, but due to recent events with customers and the economy, we must charge a 20% restocking fee for fickle returns. We hope you understand.

We simply cannot stay in business with customers returning items after 3 weeks because they just don’t want it anymore, or have copied the CD or DVD to their phone or computer. Our business will not survive.
