Typewriter is for parts as it needs cleaning, fine tuning, and some fixing. I was able to type out ?testing? on a piece of paper vertically. the space bare does not seem to work.
It definitely needs a good cleaning but I honestly don?t see that much rust or anything. The latches in the case work great to keep the typewriter locked in. The entire thing smells like it?s been stored in a musty attic for the past 80 years.
Once it?s been cleaned, oiled, etc, this typewriter has the potential to be a real show stopper and beauty.
