Who is this unusual Surreal Artist, William D. Jameson, or Bill, the name he preferred? Well, to uncover the answer first we had to discover his famous Brother, Singer, Songwriter and performer from the 1960's, Bobby Jameson. As for the Bill Jameson art we acquired some years ago from his Grandmother's estate, all are original and all are smaller pieces being roughly 11 to 12 inches high and 7 to 8 inches wide. With each set of images one picture will have a ruler reference. The style of art Bill Jameson drew in is known as Surrealism, think Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso etc. although there are also a few landscapes and nudes in this collection as well. We think Mr. Jameson's work is thought provoking, accomplished and well worthy of owning. Condition - A good amount of these works are self titled having their title's written on the front by the artist, however some do not. All works are on paper that's between 57 to 60 years old. Some of these works have some minor staining. Some of these works have some slight fraying on an edge. All of them have been kept, by the estate, in plastic sleeves.
