Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Chiii. However, if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it to us within 15 days since you received it. To be eligible for a return and refund, your product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide us with a proof of purchase such as a receipt or an order confirmation email.

To initiate a return and refund, please contact us at chiiiaccessories19@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply to you with the instructions on how to return your product to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost and that we do not accept any returns without prior authorization from us.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days and credit it to your original payment method. Please note that some payment methods may take longer to reflect the refund on your account.

We do not offer exchanges for our products. If you want to exchange your product for a different size, color, or design, you will need to return your original product and place a new order.
