This 1:1, true to size T800 arm uses 52 precision 3D printed / 184 real steel connection parts and it has most realistic, heavily weatherd finish of them all. Introduction: There is no fate but what we make. The legendary T800 has a great amount of charm for us and for many others, that is certain. Since we love to create post-apocalyptic armors, tools, movie props and all kind of objects, we started to wonder what could an old, heavily used / left over terminator part look like. Thats how the crown jewel of the 4th generation of T800 arm was born. The surface of the whole arm is extremly detailed and outstands from its competitors. Materials and parts: Every single part of the arm was designed/redesigned by our team for greatly improved structural strength and stability. The pistons and the core of the arm were crafted from stainless steel, just like the bolts, nuts and washers for the finger connections. As wiring, real core copper cables were used for the absolute realism. The 3D printed parts are made from a high grade PLA filament. The post processing and the detailed paintjob took 5 complete days on their own to achieve the hyper realistic, heavily weathered/rusted look. In our philosophy: 'As you look at an object you can immediately tell that it has a story or not' and this one, oh man... this one has a freakin lot to say... A uniquely designed stand was created for the arm aswell. Due to its decent weight it can hold the arm straight and still for ultimate exhibitability.
