All item’s are tested and or inspected before shipment, due to misdiagnosis, if any issues would arise a replacement item will be sent out to validate any claim’s of the item being defective. Any issues requiring a full refund must be stated on a valid receipt from a ASE certified repair facility by a ASE certified mechanic, certified in tests A1 – A8, as the item is not meant to be used to trouble shoot issues.
