The sconce is made of wrought iron metal with a gold painted or gilt finish. The large sconce has five arms, each with a wooden cup that would hold a candlestick (see photos). The sconce has hollow arms so you could electrify the sconce if you needed to. The item was used on a Lanai patio, and it has some rusting to the metal and some finish losses as shown in the photos. The sconce is a vintage Mid Century Modern decorative large wall sconce. The sconce is not marked by a maker. The sconce is from Italy, and it is Italian in origin (see photos and determine the maker, the age, and the origin). The large sconce measures in total about 36.75 inches high, and it measures about 15.25 inches wide from side to side. This sconce is sold in as is as found estate condition. The item has rust and discolored spots to the metal portions, bends to the metal, some paint and finish losses, and other signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
