Cleaned and disinfected. Tested to charge on when it is plugged in as shown. But recently when I tried to charge it, it's stuck in a boot/charge loop. I am guessing it's becase the metal strip for the power button came off, casuing a short. The rubber on the side is missing as shown, so I cannot power it on. It is from a police department and has all been released from their account.
