This JG Meakin Bangkok round platter is a rare find for collectors of antique art pottery. The 12-inch diameter platter features a colorful multi-patterned design with birds as the main theme. The piece was manufactured in England in 1913 and is an original and authentic antique.
The platter is in excellent condition and has been machine washable up to 140F, making it a practical addition to your decorative cookware, dinnerware, and serveware collection. Beautiful antique JG Meakin 12 inch Round Platter in the Bangkok pattern, circa 1913. Please check photos carefully, as there are 3 small chips along the back edge, not seen from the front. This has spent the last 40 years in my china cabinet, only used for display. We are downsizing, and even treasures must find a new home.
Excellent condition for a one hundred year old item.
