All our parts come from working units directly from our appliances store in Orlando Fl and are rigorously tested within all its cycles and functions before selling, please make sure you are buying the right part with your appliance model number or part number before placing the order.

All returns are subject to inspection. Factory date, codes and serial numbers will be matched and compared to the original listing. All items will be checked to ensure the presence of our UV mark.
Items damaged due to improper
installation will not be refunded. We test all of our items for full functionality.
Please make sure of what you are ordering is what you need and are looking for, we do not approve orders cancelation requests no matter the cause or situation.
We do not accept returned for any electrical items and circuit boards. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Buyer pays for return shipping and will charge 25% restocking fee. In case of return item must be in the same new condition (without signs of installation) as it was received. Parts that have been installed, misuse or improper installation will not be accepted for returns.

This part replaces the faulty, dripping valve on my Whirlpool washer model# WTW4800BQ0. This valve is exactly the same, down to the stickers. That's what made the choice easy for me. I could see the exact sticker information and match it to mine. The valve is brand new and came packaged very securely with lots of padding to prevent damage. I don't know where the seller gets original parts for such an old machine but I am glad I didn't have to sort through the hundreds of OEM parts elsewhere. I already installed the valve and have run multiple loads of laundry without any problem.
