Vintage Medieval Style Curved Dagger Knife and 41 similar items

Interesting Letter Opener. Medieval style 13.5" long with a curved blade (not sharp). Decorative handle shaped like cut stems with carved leaves down the center and then an abstract swirling design carved on both sides of the guard. I'm guessing this full metal piece is probably brass with an overlay of pewter or some other silvertone plating. I'm fairly sure it isn't silver because it hasn't tarnished like silver does. It looks similar to other pewter pieces I have come across but it has some wear on the tip that exposes the brass underneath. There is also some plate wear along the edges of the handle. Please understand that I am just guessing the material composition; it is my opinion, so buyer beware! Otherwise, in very good vintage used condition. Presented as found. Thank for Looking!
