Super cool skirt! Very rare to find! Elastic smocked waist band. Pleated around waist. Pocket at each side. Elastic Leg opening at each side of hem. It looks like a bubble skirt or a slouchy pant. Made of cotton. Great quality!
Size:One size, fit best for XS-S, Waist (around): 26"-36", Hip:Flat 60"(Bubble style), Length: 31" (The measurements are for the garments. Please allow some room to fit.)
