See photos good cosmetic condition. One shoe has some marker on it...maybe can be cleaned off. The spot where the hand had a press here tag came off that is the glue mark you see on the one picture in the hand.
I tried putting batteries in and turning it on but it doesn't. Looks like the battery terminals may be the issue, they need cleaned. Not sure if you clean those if it will work. Buying as is
The doll is unique even if it doesn't turn in.
