Vintage Birthday card A Birthday Cake Copyright 1915 John Martin’s House, Inc., NY City The card has a scene of elves, owls, bunny, squirrel, with a birthday cake in a forest. Signed by George Carlson 5 1/4 X 4 1/4 when folded Condition: It has small rubs and bends on the corners, the fold has minor damage of a 1/8 split at top, light creases and the top layer of shinny paper is gone on the fold (hope you understand this).
