We ask for this to make a proper determination if a return is acceptable. Any items listed as used will include any defects in description. Minor scratches and minor scuffs in ‘used’ items or merchandise not listed as ‘new’ may not be listed in an items description. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be removed from the total purchase price (including shipping) prior to the refund being issued.
