Brand new item without tags. I believe this top fits a bit snug maybe it's suppose to? I tried it on because I was curious how it would fit. I'm normally a 5-6 but then again I usually have a hard time with button downs because I'm busty. Maybe I am considered an 8 but it was still snug on me. I do have to say the fitting of this uniform button down is pretty sexy and striking. Oh wow, it has measurements under the tag
