Kid's bike cycling shorts, solid black, mesh and padded crotch area. Very stretchy! The legs have the rubber-like material to keep them from riding up your legs. No tag, so brand, size and other details unknown. One tag says "26" on it, but I do not know what that means. Measurements (unstretched) Waist across: approx 11" Length: approx 13.5" Inseam: approx 5" A material "hook" on each side of the waist band.
