All items come with a 30 day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty, except AS-IS items (by listing or law). All DOA claims must be made within 30 days from the item delivery date. Items listed with additional manufacturers warranties require dealing direct with the manufacturer for ALL warranty claims. Items returned for warranty will be replaced with an identical item. If item is not in stock, a refund will be issued. All returned items will be tested, and serial numbers verified within our database. If an item is returned as DOA or NON-WORKING, and it is found to be functional, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied and return shipping will be charged.
