PAYMENT: Payment is due 3 days after purchase of the item and i accept Paypal, If you need more time to pay for the item then just please contact me before then to work something out so the automatic Eligible for unpaid item case does not open from E-bay. RETURNS: I have no problem taking returns as long as you contact me within 24 hours of the shipping service confirming delivery of the item and the problem was due to neglect on my part with the description or not as seen in the picture. It is not fair for me to take a return because you don't like something or changed your mind, Please understand that when you want to return something i have to eat the cost both ways and that can be very expensive for me, I'm a very small business and every dollar counts, I will fight the return with E-bay if i feel the return is not for a legitimate reason. Shipping is always accurate, USPS and Fedex Charge by weight, Package size, and distance, The size of the box and where you live from my location is the main cost and even more then weight, I will always try and keep the shipping cost as low as possible.
