Descripción del Artículo

From an accident damaged and running 2005 Nissan ALTIMA 2.5 comes this computer for the 2.5L w/ an Automatic Transmission. This fits at least 2005 models so equipped, BUT you must match these numbers MEC35-523 A1 ..... If you don't see that number (s), this is not your computer (CAREFUL, there are several for each model year, you MUST verify this). Do NOT worry about the '5311' that is just a production date code, translation 5 = year, 3 = month March (1-9, X, Y, Z to represent all 12 months) 11 = day...........VIN# from this car: 1N4AL11D55N905465 pro-dated 4/05 NOTE; Immobilizer equipped so you must either have a dealer Initialize it to your car using the Vin# supplied, OR, save the trip and do it all yourself by replacing your key chip matching immobilizer with what I'm including (see pics) This setup is ideal for those who do not have a dealer nearby or available, and can save on towing charges if your car is no longer running. The key shown may not match the key you have now (you may have the one that is molded one piece) but the chip WILL look like yours. If you have the molded one-piece key then you will need another one made from the Dealer which is the two-piece so you can open it and put the chip I'm providing inside. Any questions please ask, you have to install ALL THREE of these matched parts ENGINE CODE QR25DE / TRANS CODE RE4FO4B / AXLE CODE FT44 ...................... Thanks and Have Fun!!!!! NOTE; It is nearly impossible without locksmith tools to remove the ignition cylinder, BUT, the Beauty of these Nissan's is the fact that some of the Keys separate into two halves exposing the chip as shown in pic# 4 5. Swapping chips enables you to use your existing key and All lock cylinders, use a metal pick or micro screwdriver to carefully separate your key halves. I will send the whole key so as to protect the valuable chip inside (this one had the chip glued in so I had to do what was necessary to separate the chip from it..... so, it is removed for you without damage). I would say the hardest part of this whole job is swapping the immobiliser with the existing one. You will have to remove enough screws that secure that part of the dash to move it enough to gain clearance because of the 'ring' around the immobiliser that has to slide over the ignition cylinder. I had to take out the radio and climate control
