Unused condition, but will need some rail conditioning to perform to peak capacity. A brown Scotch-Brite pad works well. WD-40 on a high quality rag brings back track shine. Note the TIRES on the cars are vintage and have probably dried out and will need to be replaced for optimal performance. CARS ARE NOT MADE BY RIGGEN.
