The gallery of the ring is in the design of a blooming flower bud and there are eight sepals encircling the main stone. These sepals and the band are set with a total of 74 BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS of G - H color, VS1 to SI1 that weigh approx. .90 ctw. The largest of the diamonds is approx. .04 ct. The diamonds are set on three sides of the band, therefore this ring should not really be resized. It is barely a size 7. The ring is centrally set with 1 NATURAL AMETHYST that is a ROUND BRILLIANT CUT weighing approx. 4.25 ct. This stone measures 11.2 mm in diameter and it is 6.93 mm deep.
