I cannot tell you how I enjoyed this book. It seems as though not much has changed in politics in the last 132 years. Book covers are rough but I contacted a very reputable binder that said he could rebind it to almost original condition for around $70 (mcspaddenbookbindery.com).This is a very rare and hard to find book.
