Scottie Dog Sweater- I can not read the tag. I would guess it is cotton with embroidered pale yellow and pink Scottie Dogs. There is a small pin snag/hole about 2 1/2 inches under the blue ball. Not sure on the size. Length in front is 8 3/4 inches. From neck to end of sleeve is a little more than 11 inches. Neck size is about 12 3/4 inches. A sweet little sweater!
