This issue has the appearance of Kraven, with a cameo of Green Goblin, in flash back. Cream to Off-White pages. A great item for any collector's collection. I'm no pro at comic books, but gotten a lot better at guessing a grading. This comic looks to me and compared to other copies for sale, as an 8.0 The only flaw I see is two lines at the right top corner, (just on Spidermans logo, not a crease), and a little rounded corner. Everything else, looks great: staples, cover, and all pages. I just don't remember inside pages being faded and not bright like the cover. Comic comes in a holder with carboard.
