1988 TRIPLE-A ALL-STAR GAME Card Set ProCards, Inc., 54 card set The Triple-A All-Star Game was an annual baseball game held from 1988 to 2019 between professional players from the affiliated Triple-A leagues of Minor League Baseball. The inaugural game was held July 13,1998 at Pilot Field in Buffalo, New York, home to the IL's Buffalo Bisons. The American League affiliate team won by a score of 2 -1. Future MLB All-Stars who played in the game included Sandy Alomar Jr., Joey Cora, Steve Finley, and Greg Jefferies.
