2007 MasterCraft X-45 Synthetic PVC Teak Swim Platform Pad Mat Floor Flooring Teak Color with Black Caulking Lines The floor is artificial synthetic teak made of original PVC based composition. The faux teak looks almost like real teak, gives a boat premium look and does not require maintenance. PVC decking is UV stabilized, flexible but has solid structure, and doesn't loose.It has great appearance over time. PVC panels are hot welded which prevents splitting during installation and after it. It can be combined with any surface (fiberglass,plastic, wood, metal, concrete). It easy to installation and doesn't need screwing. The floor panels are 5mm (0.2 inch) thick. Floor panel width is about 40mm(1.6 inch), the black caulking line width is 5mm (0.2 inch), the border panel width is 55mm(2.2 inch).The PVC floor color is teak color with black caulking lines(color part number PD-02). Please be aware that we can only make this boat floor by the first listing drawing. Before you order it, please double check the listing drawing outline shapes with your boat to make sure they can fit your boat well. As long as the floor pad outline shape can match your boat deck layout, it should fit well.We will not be hold responsible if the listing drawing floors do not fit your boat well because you do not double check our listing drawing. We can only make sure that the floors will be made exactly by the listing drawing. If you are not sure if the drawing can fit well with your boat, please send us some photos of your boat deck layout or a short video to show your boat deck layout from stern to bow so we can help you to confirm the fitting. The listing price is only for the synthetic PVC floors, it does not include any floor installation glue adhesive or tools. Customers will need to supply the installation glue and tools and install the floor pads. The PVC floor can use the same glue adhesive as the real teak wood floor would use. Please see the listing photos for the installation instruction. All PVC floors listed on our online store are “made to order” and not stocked so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. PVC floor fabrication time is about 7 days, then it will take about 7-10 days’time to ship and deliver to your order shipping address.After you order it, please double check your order shipping address to make sure all the shipping address, postal code, city name and contact phone number are all correct. We will ship all orders by express shipping such as DHL, FedEX, UPS or EMS express. We will choose the shipping courier as we see fit.
