They have been stained and varnished to a beautiful finish. The deer feet are fresh from this past hunting season (harvested from the U.P. of Michigan) and have been properly cured. The wall-mounting holes are spaced 16" apart so they can be attached to wall studs. Screws for mounting the rack to the wall are included!
