PRE-OWNED NO BOX 4" CAT ON A STOOL MADE IN RUSSIA The cat porcelain figurine is 4" tall It only says made in Russia on the bottom. There are other stamps and marks on the bottom that someone might be familiar with. I couldn't find anything while looking up the figurine. It is smooth and looks hand panted. It has a rigid little mark on the back . I don't think it's a chip because it looks like it was painted over. It's small though and unnoticeable. Please look at the pictures.
