1968 BARRACUDA GRILLE BRACKETS / RESTUD KIT
THE WAIT IS OVER!
Got a great set of Grilles for your 68 BarraCuda, but you can't install them because most of the studs have been torn/rotted/striped off???? Or you are missing Brackets or end pieces?
Here's a complete kit to get those Grilles mounted up CORRECTLY.
NEW GLOSS BLACK PAINT ON BRACKETS
NEW STUD CLIPS - 14 TOTAL
END "C" BRACKETS
BOTTOM ALUMINUM SIDE GRILLE BASES PAINTED OEM SILVER
50 ALUMINUM RIVETS
GOT A 67 CUDA?... PLEASE SEE OUR 67 GRILLE RESTUD KIT
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Take cell pic photos of your Grille Bracketry for later reference. This will help you to re-install new Bracketry. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, do not rely on your memory.
2. Remove old Grille Bracket rivets using Heavy-duty Dremel Cut-off wheels (must use the Heavy-Duty version) and knock out remaining old rivets with punch. You can also drill out the rivets (not recommended because you will wallow out the OEM holes).
3. Align new Brackets and rivet back into place using your original Cell pics as reference.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A RIVET GUN TO INSTALL BRACKETS INTO SURROUNDS.
ALL HARDWARE STORES SELL RIVET GUNS.
REFER TO YOU TUBE VIDEOS IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED A RIVET GUN. VERY EASY DYI.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY TO USE ON YOUR 67 BARRACUDA GRILLES.
BRACKETRY IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
